At the end of this presentation, the target audience will be able to:1.Learn about the Ontario Osteoporosis Strategy (OOS)2.Make the connection between falls and broken bones and osteoporosis3.Highlight the increased risk of falls and fractures for people with dementia 4.Learn about the Paradigm Shift to Fracture Risk Assessment 5.Increase the understanding of the interventions for fracture prevention 6.Provide resources and upcoming professional development event information7.Encourage the collaboration of the OOS and BSO and build on each other's expertise to champion fracture prevention
