Allison Potts is the Concurrent Disorders System Integration Lead with the Mental Health and Pinewood Centre Program of Lakeridge Health. She has worked for over 15 years in the field of addictions and mental health providing clinical services to youth, adults and families. In this webcast, Allison will instruct helpers on how to match their interventions to a client's level of readiness concerning a specific change target (cutting down or quitting substance use, etc.). This is a key insight for individuals and organizations aiming to build their capacity to provide care to individuals experiencing mental health issues and addiction (concurrent disorders).
