1. Understand the prevalence of smoking and tobacco use in Canada.2. Understand what nicotine replacement therapy is, how it works and its effectiveness in helping clients quit smoking.3. Discuss the role and importance of nicotine replacement therapy and smoking cessation in the older adult population.
