Learning Objectives:-Establish the unmet need with current treatments in MDD-Discuss the role and available evidence of atypical antipsychotics (AAP's) in adjunct therapy in MDD-Differentiate the specific pharmacological profiles of AAP's used as adjuncts in MDD-Describe the key efficacy and safety data for brexpiprazole in MDD and its place among AAP's used as adjuncts in MDD
