Objectives:1.Review data from model organisms concerning the links between sleep disruption, microglial biology, and cognitive impairment2.Review new data linking sleep fragmentation to microglial aging and activation in community-dwelling older adults3.Review new data linking microglial aging and activation to impaired cognition in community-dwelling older adults
